Founded in 1999 by Véronique Fleury, La Canardière has preserved a rare tradition: feeding its ducks exclusively with whole corn, a practice that gives its foie gras an unmatched richness of flavour. Today, our family stands behind La Canardière, with Maxime overseeing production and Clément leading sales—both of us driven by the same passion: offering products of exceptional quality.
