At La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix, we are dedicated to producing premium farm products certified Aliments du Québec. Our ducks are raised and traditionally hand-fed, with respect for animal welfare and authentic Basque traditions. Far from intensive farming, we focus on small-scale production, attention to detail, and respect for the process — ensuring exceptional quality.
In 2022, Vicky and Philippe, both from farming backgrounds, took over the reins of this company, proudly continuing a legacy established in Charlevoix for more than 20 years.
